Any personal information gathered from customers in the course of placing an order or subscribing to my newsletter will not in any manner be shared with any entity outside of Pet Crates Direct . Pet Crates Direct will not send unsolicited email to you as a result of your purchase. fair pricing
I pledge to offer fair and competitive pricing on all products offered. An online business has lower
overhead** than a traditional business model so that I am able to work on a lower profit margin.
This enables me to offer fair and competitive prices to my customers yet affords me enough income to be
worthy of the endeavor.
**after a length of time selling online I am understand why many online merchants have hefty profit
margins. Unless your site has considerable exposure in the search engines naturally (a feat in itself) then you must
use online advertising campaigns and shopping sites to drive traffic to your site. When you pay for every click
it adds up quickly. Aquisition cost per order is high. So...if you have made a purchase with Pet Crates Direct and
would be so kind as to recommend my site to others, this will be FREE advertising for me which will help keep advertising
costs down and prices low. Tell others and help me grow free traffic. We will all benefit!
actual shipping
I charge customers actual shipping charges. I do not offer low selling prices and then tack on additional shipping charges to compensate. I offer fair prices and charge you only what it costs me to ship your order. You can view more info about shipping practices and policies on the shipping faq page.
timely deliveries
Most items ship directly from my suppliers. Dog crates usually ship next business day (depending on time of day that you place your order). I have never had a single order ship more than three business days after it was placed (unless on backorder). I notify customers promptly of any item on backorder and forward tracking information the day following shipment. View the shipping faq page for additional info.
prompt response to inquiries
During regular business hours I am available and repond to email inquiries quickly (usually within a few hours). Most weekend requests are addressed on monday morning. I am not always available by phone but will return calls if you leave a message. I usually see and respond to email messages more quickly than phone messages.
post sale service
I would like for each customer to be completely satisified with his Pet Crates Direct purchase experience. I give prompt attention to all post sale requests.
return policy
Pet Crates Direct return policy is fair and clearly stated so customers know what to expect. I encourage you to view the return policy before you make your purchase.

I just wanted to say that your newsletter was GREAT! I read every bit of it and I usually skip around all the newsletters I get, lol.
Also, a few months back we bought one of those Midwest K-9 Kennels for our Portugese Water Dog and she just LOVES it! She has so much room we call it her doggie mansion, lol! All of our dogs and cat are indoor animals, so we set the kennel up in our bedroom (so she wouldn't be lonely) and it's monsterous! You gave us such a great deal and we wish you all the best with all of your business ventures. We'll be doing more business soon!
