We've been online since 2003 and are a small, family owed business. Because there is an abundance of cheap, low quality products, with unfamiliar brand names available online today, it has become increasingly apparent to us that we need to be proactive in assuring that each product we offer you not only meets certain quality standards, but has been manufactured responsibly, with concern for worker's welfare and the environment. The brands we offer are from well-established and trusted manufacturer's who have been in the industry for many years.

Timely Deliveries

Most items ship directly from our suppliers. Delivery time varies by supplier. Expected number of business days to ship are noted on each product page. Should an item not ship in the expected time or go on backorder, I will notify you as soon as I am aware. I will email shipping confirmation the day following shipment. Prompt Response to Inquiries

During regular business hours we are available and repond to email inquiries quickly (usually within a few hours). Most weekend requests are addressed on monday morning. We are available by phone - 1-800-793-5011 9-5 CST M-F. Sometimes the phone gets busy so please be sure to leave a message for a return call if you get voice mail(indicating we are on another call) or send us an email.
