I have questions. How should I contact you?


Please email inquiries. I generally respond within a few hours but do not work on the weekends. Alternately, you may phone 800-793-5011 M-F 9am-5pm eastern. Please note however, that I am not always available by phone but will return calls if you leave a message. I usually see and respond to email messages more quickly than phone messages.

Do you discount prices on quantity orders?


I work on a low profit margin so discounts are strictly based on the dollar amount of your order. I offer a 5% discount on orders totaling (before shipping charges) $250 - $499 and a 10% discount on orders totaling $500 or more. Please note that you must use the appropriate coupon code (save5 and save10 respectively as noted on the Pet Crates Direct home page) during checkout for the discount to apply. Non-profits should contact me for current discounts that might be given on their behalf, though proof of non-profit status will be required prior to the establishment of additional discounts.

I want to order but do not want to use my credit card. Do you offer other payment options?


Yes, you may pay for your order by personal check, money order or via paypal online payment service. Please note that I will not ship orders COD. Also note that the check payment option is intended for customers who wish to physically mail a check as opposed to making an online check payment. I will hold your order and process for shipment after receiving your check in the mail.

Can I phone my order in rather than ordering online?

Yes, though make note of the particulars as noted above in question 1.
