Shipping Cost Explanation
Initially the factory separated crate and pan to keep shipping cost as reasonable as possible. Recently additional packaging was added to the pan package to cut down on damage in transit. Unfortunately, this additional packaging has thrown the pan package back into over size three which adds additional cost to shipping the pan resulting in a much higher shipping cost for crate and pan versus crate alone.
