giant breed crates
We carry giant breed dog crates manufactured by General Cage and Midwest. Midwest offers three different models while General Cage offers one. Differences between the various giant breed models include crate size, pan type, pan inclusion/exclusion and shipping configuration. Midwest offers the largest size crates which results in larger boxes and oversize shipping charges. Note that the most economical Midwest crates with pans to ship are models 1154 and SL54DD each of which ship crate and pan in a single box.The Midwest 1154U requires that pan be purchased separately so crate and pan ship in separate boxes resulting in higher shipping cost. General Cage's giant breed crate ships in two separate boxes. Midwest giant breed crates include plastic pans while General Cage giant crates include metal pans.
* Please note that due to the large size of the giant crates, ground services have more difficulty handling them, making them more prone to damage. Please inspect your giant crate immediately upon delivery so that we might be promptly notified should damage in transit have occurred.
