Are your products guaranteed?
I guarantee that your product will be new in the box, as described and free from defects when you receive it. Should you receive a defective product, please contact me immediately with the particulars.
Do your products come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Some of them do, but not all. The information will be inside the product box if there is a warranty available from the manufacturer.
Will happens if my product is damaged in shipment?
If your item arrives damaged, return the item to its original packaging and contact me immediately. I will ship a replacement and file a damage claim with the carrier. Do not refuse delivery as this will incur return shipping charges for which you will be responsible.
