I should probably really call this page "about me" but I will leave it as "about us" in the hopes that future growth will warrant an employee or two. My name is Lori and I am the owner and operator of Pet Crates Direct. I have been involved in the wholesale pet supply industry for many years so this seemed a natural route to take when I decided to start an e-business. My interest in online selling began with my love for antiques and collectibles. In 1997 I began selling items on ebay. Realizing that there was a opportunity to expand my sales to something more stable than collectibles, and having knowledge of the pet industry, I decided to focus my attention on a specific pet category. Through special arrangments with my suppliers, I am able to offer products that ship directly from their facilities. This gives me the opportunity to offer many products without the overhead of warehousing. With low overhead, I am able to offer these quality products at very reasonable costs to the end user. I am fortunate to be associated with industry leaders who are efficient and timely in the processing and shipping of my customer's orders. I understand and appreciate the importance of strong customer service support. Every order is important to me.
