John - is directly involved in all aspects of the business. He's the one who often answers the phone when you call. He decides which products we carry and assures that the website is secure, informative and working as expected.


Diane - is also directly involved in all aspects of the business. She keeps up with the larger portion of our paperwork and helps out with website maintenance, too. She's our resident artist and makes valuable contributions to the color and design scheme of our web presence.

Online since 2003, Pet Crates Direct is a true, small American business. Family owned and operated, it is our goal to provide you and your pet with a large selection of competitively priced, quality products, from trusted and responsible manufacturers.

PROACTIVE FOCUS

Because there is an abundance of cheap, low quality products, with unfamiliar brand names available online today, it has become increasingly apparent to us that we need to be proactive in assuring that each product we offer you not only meets certain quality standards, but has been manufactured responsibly, with concern for worker's welfare and the environment. For this reason we are actively seeking quality products that are earth-friendly, fair-trade, made in America or supportive of small American business. It isn't always easy to find products that meet our criteria. Please help us in our search. Send us your recommendations for consideration.

Because we are a small business, we can operate with a vision of being profitable without sacrificing our morals and ethics along the way. It is not our ambition to become an online super store, but rather to remain focused on our specialty and knowledgeable of the products we sell so that we might be of the highest possible service to our customers.

We are confident that we exceed these companies in the quality of products offered, in our knowledge of those products and in our level of customer service and dedication to our customers.
