How much will I pay for shipping?
Most items ship via fedex ground services. You will be charged based on the weight and size of the item as well as your location. The shipping calculator is directly connected to fedex so you can be assured that you are charged accurately. I choose this method as opposed to flat rate shipping because on large, heavy items the dollar difference between zones can vary greatly. Each customer pays no more or less than my actual cost for product delivery.

How long will it be before my order is shipped?
Most of my items ship directly from my supplier's facilities. Shipping time varies by supplier. Number of business days expected for shipment are noted on each product page. Should your order not ship within number of business days expected or go on backorder, I will notify you of the situation as soon as I am aware. Please note that number of days shown are estimates based on the usual and are not a guarantee. The bottom line is that I will do my best to have your item delivered as promplty as possible, but if you are in need of it by a certain date you should consider these time factors before placing your order and as stated below there are no expedited shipping options.
Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
Yes, I will send an email confirmation including tracking number the first business day following shipment.
Will my order be insured?
Yes, I use ground shipping services and all shipments are insured.
Will happens if my product is damaged in shipment?
If your item arrives damaged, return the item to its original packaging and contact me immediately. I will ship a replacement and file a damage claim with the carrier. Do not refuse delivery as this will incur return shipping charges for which you will be responsible.
Can I save on shipping per item if I order multiple products?
Due to size constraints, multiple purchases of large items will not reduce shipping cost per individual item. At present items that can be combined for shipping are limited to doors and beds. The shipping calculator is configured to know when items can be combined and will calculate shipping cost accordingly.
By what method will my order ship?
All items ship via ground services (either UPS of Fedex). The service used is fixed by product so that you are not able to request one ground service versus another.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Ground service delivery times are dependent upon your location and the location from which the product shipped. Generally you can expect for your order to be in transit 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided the first business day following shipment so you will be able to track your purchase with the ground service online and determine an expected delivery date.
Do you have expedited shipping options?
There are no expedited options available. Items ship only via ground services. If you need your order by a specific date, please order well in advance of the date that you require. While orders generally ship very quickly, there are factors that may arise beyond my control (unexpected shipping delays from my suppliers or extended delivery times by the shipping service) and as such I cannot guarantee delivery within any set timeframe.
What if an item on my order is backordered?
I will notify you if this is the case along with an expected ship date. If this date does not meet with your approval, you may elect to cancel the order.
