Shipping Policy

We now offer free shipping on everything over $250 within the continental US! (excludes AK and HI).

Shipping costs under $100 are chart a flat $6.95.

Shipping costs over $100 are charged a flat $12.95.

You may also use the promo code 'FREESHIP' for orders below $250, but this cannot be stacked with other promotions or sales.

Shipping Methods

All items ship via ground services with UPS. The service used is fixed by product so you are not able to request one ground service versus another. Some of our products are Fulfilled by Amazon in order to take advantage of their shipping infrastructure and speed of delivery to our customers.

Shipment Times

Most of our items ship directly from our supplier's facilities. Shipping time varies by supplier. Number of business days expected for shipment are noted on each product page. Should your order not ship within number of business days expected or go on backorder, we will notify you.

Please note that number of days shown are estimates based on the usual and are not a guarantee. Also please note that shipment times noted reflect expected number of business days until the product ships. Your estimated delivery date will depend upon ship from location (noted on each product page) and your ship to location. Expedited shipping is not available.

Shipment Tracking

We will provide tracking information via email for each item on your order the day following shipment. You may also check the status online anytime via our order status page.

Time in Transit

Ground service delivery times are dependent upon your location and the location from which the product ships (noted on each product page). Generally you can expect for your order to be in transit 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided the first business day following shipment so you will be able to track your purchase with the ground service online and determine an expected delivery date.

Damages

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ship a replacement and file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we have a limited amount of time in which to file the claim so we must be notified promptly upon receipt of damaged goods.
